Please remember:
Please bring your health insurance card and identity card so we can check your details. If you have private insurance without an insurance card, your insurance details are sufficient; you may bring your passport instead of your identity card.
If you take medication, please bring an up-to-date medication list. Please also bring any existing clinical reports, recent X-rays and treatment cost plans. You do not need to arrange new X-rays specifically for this purpose.
You can also mention dental anxiety, allergies or particular needs when booking your appointment.

For urgent symptoms, you can reach us by telephone during our opening hours. A routine consultation booked online does not replace an assessment of urgent symptoms.
